Regional Governance
On June 15, 1999, the General Council of a congregation decided to introduce Regional Governance to administer the congregation effectively and efficiently. Mother Mary Venantia, the then Superior General initiated this process. This structure of regional governance supports the sisters in their prayer life, apostolic life and community life according to the charism and spirit of the congregation. Consequently, the communities were demarcated region-wise.
Province Governance
In 2005, the regions divided into three provinces, the southern province named Bishop John Aelen Province to honor the founder. In 2010, the Provincialate relocated to Nochiodaipatti, Dindigul, where the community engages in pastoral and social activities. Again it was shifted to Karumandapam on 13 June 2013, till today the provincialate is located in Trichy.
